The room I stayed in was just so welcoming and chic, with a focus on British craftsmanship that I loved. It wasn't too over the top, and yet it had this stylish charm that made me feel like I was in a truly special place. The Handy phone was such a convenient touch, making it easy to get around and stay connected.

I personally found the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim for my liking, but I know that's just my preference.

Clean room, good size, well laid out bathroom, comfortable bed, double glazing for a quiet stay. Close to museums, tube station, and shopping. Classy British atmosphere.

This place has got a great location that’s spot on! The tube station is just opposite, so it’s perfect for getting around. I loved the lovely neighbourhood too – there's lots of coffee shops and restaurants to try out. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the manager, and my room was equipped with everything I needed, including tea and coffee-making facilities, which was a bonus.

I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service, even if they’re just staying for a night.

The hotel was in a great location, right across a small street from a tube station which was very convenient. We could easily access all the top locations in the city without having to change tube lines. The rooms were well-furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and leave our bags. The hotel was clean and we felt safe staying there as solo travelers.

The shower in the room was not up to par and we had difficulty adjusting the temperature.

Fantastic bar service, delicious food, convenient location, well-equipped rooms, good breakfast.

The room size was great and beautifully decorated. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, right across from the tube station and within walking distance to many shops and eateries.

The check-in process was not very welcoming and the staff seemed a bit indifferent. the soundproofing in the rooms was poor, as we could hear noise from the generator and it was difficult to sleep.

I enjoyed a delicious Chicken Caesar Salad and the wine selection was great. The hotel's proximity to the Gloucester Road Tube station made it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. I appreciated their recommendations for dining and sightseeing. I also loved that the windows in the rooms could be opened, providing a nice breeze. it was a wonderful experience staying in a hotel with such historical charm.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to many tourist attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. the building itself is beautiful and has a traditional charm. the rooms are lovely and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. despite requesting a room on a higher floor with a view, I was given a room with a subterranean view on a low floor.

Perfect room, friendly staff, great location for Royal Albert Hall concert, nearby cafes and pubs, local Tesco, tube station right outside.
